Music Lovers Making Music Together for Over a Century​

 

Did you play a band instrument in middle or high school? Do you miss making music with others? Do you like to learn new things, make new friends? ​

 

Kingsport Community Band welcomes new members at any time. If you are brushing off an established talent or just now learning to play, you are welcome. No audition required. Give us a try!

 

Regular rehearsals are each Thursday, 7:30 PM, in the Dobyns-Bennett High School Orchestra classroom, near the tennis courts.

 

We play high quality music: classic concert marches, Broadway standards, familiar band repertoire, all varying in difficulty.

 

We have public performances throughout the year. Recent venues have included retirement communities, parades, festivals at the Exchange Place, and the Gray Fossil Site.
